Welcome to hirehubauto, your trusted partner for car rentals in the beautiful city of Fethiye, Turkey. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a vehicle with us.

1. General Information

hirehubauto is a car rental service based in Fethiye, Turkey, offering a wide range of vehicles for short and long-term hire. We are located at:

Our services are available to individuals and companies who wish to rent a car for personal, business, or leisure purposes in Turkey.

2. Booking and Reservations

To reserve a vehicle, customers must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years. All reservations are subject to availability. By booking a vehicle, you agree to the following:

• Reservations can be made online through our website or by phone.
• Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with booking details and payment instructions.
• A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee your booking.
• Any changes or cancellations to your booking must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time to avoid a cancellation fee.

3. Rental Period and Charges

The rental period begins at the time of pick-up and ends at the time of return. The vehicle must be returned on or before the agreed return time to avoid additional charges. Charges for the rental include:

• The base rental fee, as agreed upon at the time of booking.
• Insurance costs (if applicable), which can be purchased in addition to the base rental fee.
• Fuel costs, which are the responsibility of the renter.
• Any additional equipment or services requested, such as GPS, child seats, or additional drivers.

Failure to return the vehicle on time will result in an additional hourly or daily charge as per the rates listed in your rental agreement.

4. Insurance and Liability

All rental vehicles are provided with basic insurance coverage, which includes:

• Third-party liability insurance
• Collision damage waiver (CDW)
• Theft protection

However, this basic insurance does not cover all possible scenarios. You may opt to purchase additional insurance to cover:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Additional drivers
• Comprehensive coverage

In the event of an accident, the renter is responsible for reporting the incident immediately to both the police and hirehubauto. Any damage or loss caused due to negligence or violation of traffic laws is not covered by insurance and will be charged to the renter.

5. Vehicle Condition and Usage

The vehicle will be provided in good working condition, and the renter agrees to return it in the same condition. Renters must:

• Drive the vehicle responsibly and in accordance with local traffic laws and regulations.
• Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.
• Not engage in any activity that could damage the vehicle or affect its operation (e.g., driving off-road, participating in illegal activities).
• Ensure the vehicle is securely locked when left unattended.

Any violation of these terms may result in additional fees or penalties and, in some cases, the termination of the rental agreement.

6. Fuel Policy

All rental vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. Renters are required to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as it had at the time of pick-up. Failure to do so will incur a refueling charge, in addition to the cost of the missing fuel.

7. Additional Drivers

Additional drivers may be added to the rental agreement at an extra charge. All additional drivers must meet the same age and driver’s license requirements as the primary renter. The additional driver must be named on the rental agreement and must present a valid driver’s license.

8. Late Returns

If the vehicle is returned later than the agreed return time, additional charges will apply based on the hourly or daily rate specified in the rental agreement. If the delay is excessive, the rental agreement may be terminated, and the vehicle may be reported as stolen.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the pick-up time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge equivalent to 1 day of rental. Refunds are not applicable once the rental period has begun.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fethiye, Muğla, Turkey.
